i know what you mean by looking in the past. i try not to do it, but at times i catch myself reading things from over a year ago that only make me feel like shit...

taking steps to stop it....thats something i havnt been able to do yet.

well, when you and I went through my ademiles journal it wasn't bad cause it happened so long ago, but I looked through the last couple of months last night and it just killed me, so that's when I decided it was time for a change.
