We had friends over for an impromptu BBQ and fun and we went to NYC for museum and walk in central park and good food... so.... a lot fell off the to do. Thats a good thing- life should be less about tasks and more about people and experiences with tasks sprinkled in between.

I am so very very very grateful...
-for a few extra minutes to myself today
-that although I've been busy, I am very happy to have been able to get some really productive things done and solidified in my brain over the past couple of days
-that exercise seems natural and normal to me again

In another post I pointed to my need for a few more hours of life so I am cutting out TV for the most part. January on Fire!
What am I working on this month. I stopped tracking my happiness goals and I feel quite aimless as a result. Although ... I've been generally spending more time with my family, cooking healthy meals and spending time creating and making music so although I'm not tracking and I doing the things I need to do to fill my happiness bucket!
