Mrs. Hey told me today...there's a new "high" going on in Jr. High students.

Apparently kids were hanging themselves to the point where they'd just get high from it...and several were doing it! There were a few kids who did it while alone, and actually hung themselves...and I mean they died!!

Now, you have to admit....WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT
