Baby was born at 7:38am this morning, weighing 7 pounds and 14 ounces. Jo's water broke at about 5 yesterday and she was in labour through the night. Yay! Congratulations!

I want to point out that Knova works just as well as a boy's name. :)

No, it's far simpler - I only do boy sperm! My older brother has two daughters, and my younger brother has one daughter - I am the only one to provide male descendents to my parents!

We brought him home last night, but we are forbidden from leaving the house today, as we have to wait in for a community midwife. Tomorrow, perhaps. But, Jo is currently asleep, as she was up all night with him. He REALLY likes sleeping, which is usually a good thing, but he likes sleeping so much he can't be arsed feeding, so he cries for hours at a time because he's hungry, but falls asleep as soon as he is put to the breast. Silly baby.
