funny thing happened last night. at about 3:00 in the morning, i heard the loudest shriek i have ever heard followed by what sounded like gun shots, and this was right outside of my window, which i had open, making it extra loud for me. my first instinct, of course, was to call the cops. then i peeked out the window and found out that it was

its people like you who make it so dang hard to have some good ole fun with fireworks in the summertime. The cops suck when it comes to that! Granted I'll agree 3 am during the week is a little obnoxious but were they at least pretty ones?

no they were not pretty ones. they were just ones that blew up, like m-80s but louder. don't get me wrong, i am all for fireworks, but not all about any obnoxious loud noise in the middle of the night.
