So I definitely got in a car accident with a police officer today. And granted it sucked, and I cried, and cried and cried, I'm just now getting some perspective on the situation. I didn't die, no one was hurt, my car isn't totalled, my friends came by and helped me... I am really just grateful that the only thing that happened was that my front

So true. That's happened to me with both accidents & speeding tickets.

oh honey! i'm so sorry. what a shock!

i was in my first, last, and only accident
when i was in my twenties. here's how god is so good:
after i exchanged info w/the other driver,
i started driving away and who should be in HER
car at the next intersection but MY MOM!
we both pulled over and i cried and cried
and she calmed me down and told me it was going to be fine.

whew.

tell yourself that NOW you KNOW what it's like to be
IN AN ACCIDENT, and now *you never have to be in one again*!
this lesson is learned. done.
