So I have at least two carboys that are looking for fillings. A third is potentially promised to be filled with a flavour of the winners choosing to be put into gift baskets. This leaves me with two more

mmmm I'm very fond of Loganberries, and since they're so seed-ridden it's hard to get a good loganberry - might be the ideal choice for the fruit puree.

Though D's suggestion of cranberry or pomegranate has me salivating just a touch. :)
