Middle o' high school and my family relocated 600 miles. sapphorlando sat me down at his computer and we dialled up a local bulletin board system. We tweeted back and forth with new friends for months until one day we all just threw a party and stopped BBSing

Since August 1995 I have moved 8 times... 6 times in 6 years, then a move to a new country and one move while here. It's nice to have been in the same flat for 4 years now. :)

It was also nice that you bought that plane ticket and came to the party. :)

Moving like that don't you just think of it as a kind of lifestyle? My moves are rare but always far. I stay put long enough to build a proper life but the past lives get filed away pretty deep in memory.
