My zucchini opened up two flowers today. My garden in the back now has tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, sage, rosemary, two eggplant plants, and some mostly-dead beans. My neighbor has also put in a few herbs, what I think are salad greens (too early to tell), very-alive beans and her rhubarb plant from last year has erupted into its own little ( Read more... ) -

2. get a Board Report done by 4pm the day of Did it, though now I totally don't care.
3. impress colleagues with my speaking ability
4. be able to run 3 miles straight
5. feel comfortable wearing a bikini in public

I have had very little luck getting off my ass today. Got up, fell back asleep, went to the gym, wiggled vigorously on top, under and around girlfriend, poked about with grad school applications. It could be addicting
Tomorrow morning a member of the New York City Council's General Council will submit an amicus curae before the State Supreme Court. Written by me! I drafted a brief for a hearing which was reviewed by two senior staff members and the general council with virtually no changes and tomorrow it's being presented before the Honorable Judge Richter. It was my birthday today.
I haven't been updating at all lately. Work is still stressful, but I'm gaining confidence in my ability to handle it all and I think my boss agrees. So that's good ( Read more... ) -
