I love it. You portray Castiel's damage in such a heartbreaking way, as well as Dean's struggle to take care of him even though he's uncomfortable and doesn't know quite how to do it. I also love that you didn't go straight for the magical healing cock, and that Castiel isn't ready for sex yet.
