It happens to the best of us. We won't realize how serious something is until it actually hits us. I have several family members who have or have already beat cancer, and Ill still catch myself joking about the livestrong bracelets. But if your like me, you don't mean what you say and at heart you do know the seriousness of stuff like cancer. Best of luck to your grandmother.

Oh Steven...Im glad that she's gonna be okay. Its good to have regular check-ups for early catches...and hey, we all say stuff that we really dont realize the depth of them until they are thrown in our faces...
