I'm thinking about not using numbers any more for the posts. But I'm not sure. While they serve really well as a tag like system, they also serve to remind me of how much time I have left in this internship. hmm. I'll have to decide on that later. Any way,

Holy crap. Umm... totally didn't think it had been that long. But I just counted the days. O.o sorry guys, shit just kind of hit the fan. Not in the bad way, just in the "woah lots of work to do" way. So I will do a quick condensed version of things that have been going on.

Today we got assigned our group projects at work. Each year the McCann interns are broken up into teams and are put to work creating a campaign for a particular product. The best work is chosen at the end and has a chance of being produced. I can't tell you what I have been assigned to (isn't that always the case) but I can tell you it's exciting. ( Read more... )

Not much to report actually. The last two days have been filled with meetings, discussions of new accounts we have been put on, discussion of old accounts, and side projects that we are doing as in-agency stuff. Hi! I'm not ignoring the journal, I promise. Just had a really busy and fun first weekend in NYC. However I am gonna try to keep this one short since it is after midnight and I have to get up for work tomorrow.

Today started out stupid. Little things like waking up way too groggy and spilling water on myself kind of stuff. But it was alright in the long run. Moved into my dorm room in NYC today. Pictures will be up.... at some point. Guess who has two thumbs and forgot her camera at home? *points at herself* Oh well.
