Yay you for gyminess! I have been enjoying going again, mostly because I feel really accomplished when I've spent 45 minutes kicking my butt on the treadmill (I'm not comfortable with running for long on one, but I like to make my heart race with interval thingies) and the stair machine. I don't know if I'm technically more in shape, but I can run hard for longer chunks of time, and do a higher resistance on the machines, so I'm counting that a plus. I'm so excited for you to get to feel the same way!

Great news about the gym. You should definitely consider Pilates...nothing quite like a strengthened and toned core...seriously.
