Waaaugh writer's block

I *was* going to do NaNo but then Uncharted 3 came out and... yeah. Apparently the Writer Gods or whatever are punishing me for that because now I have stalled spectacularly on my Anderfels fic. So! The usual response to this is memes. I posted this on my tumblr, but I'd love to do writing here too.

So!

Hawke should have known that it wouldn't take Isabela long to find out that, among a myriad of other perks, being Champion of Kirkwall included a holiday home next to a lake in the Vimmark Mountains.

And a lake meant only one thing.

"Tell me you didn't spend all the money I got from the Kastyn job on a boat." Hawke groans, all mock-seriousness and comically stern frowns.

"Alright." Isabela grins, tracing one finger along the prow of the coracle. "I won't." She pauses, then feigns surprise. "Look, Hawke. Somebody left a boat here. We should name it!"

It's a small thing, perfectly suited for lakeside jaunts and watery picnics, and its cheerfully rounded curve reminds Hawke of Isabela, somehow.

"We'll call her Rivaini." Hawke concedes, and she smiles. "If she's sticking around."

LOL. "Look, Hawke. Someone left a boat here. We should name it!"
