What kind of drugs would House have to be on for his thought process to be this breathless:

House had no choice she didn't want to come back to work and he couldn't really make her so he just left hoping that she would come straight soon, and realise what a mistake she has made, also he hoped being a doctor herself she would have commonsense to take a cab home rather than drive drunk.

Oh, I know, I know. Speed! House on speed would be pretty awesome to see.

Of course, even if he was on speed, those wouldn't be the words he'd think, but oh well.

I don't know how to explain this, if not with the stupidity of a preteen female (this seems to be the biggest obstacle for most of them - the gender) who is in love with House and uses Mary Sue Cameron as an avatar.
