Nukes and chemical/biological weapons aside, no wonder Putin doesn't want NATO involved! Things look really bleak for the Russians.

I completely agree, it's very strange. There's lots of things going on

In short, Putin has fallen into the Dictator Trap. His ego took over his brain, he's infallible. He's restricted his circle of advisors, and they're either not competent in the areas he needs or are Yes Men. The man in charge of the Army did not serve or come up through the ranks.

Not good going in to a war!
