And as far as cosmetology goes, make sure you really want to do it before you go spending 11K on it. Seriously out of all the people who I went to Shear Ego with so many people ended up finding out it just wasn't for them, including me. It's a really fun career, but it's really demanding and hard to make a good living at...especially in Rochester!
exactly. theres too much of a risk. its the same situation with tattooing. the only real way you can get into it is to intern. the job i have doesnt leave time for an internship and it clearly wouldnt be smart to quit my current job to make time for something that isnt bringing in any money. i wanna do all these things but i just dont see how its possible. which again brings me to my response to kariannes comment... i obviously need to win the lottery!
ive tried to get mark to move to the city with me and hes just not into it. i guess hes had bad experiences on tour, its quite unfortunate. howeverrrrrrr once i get a new car i definately would love to meet you down there for a weekend or something!
i thought of you like a week ago- i saw your father at xerox down by the cafeteria. i didnt know he worked there (im interning), and by the time it all hit who he was and stuff, he was gone.
i agree with you seeing all these places in the world. there is just a list of places i would kill to see and im going to make it a life goal to see most of them -- hell there is a lot of places i want to see in the country...maybe i should start with that first.
see i run a store in greece ridge mall so i live out in greece while he still lives in pittsford, so i dont see him all too often... i actually couldnt even tell you what he does for a living so i guess i didnt know he worked at xerox either? is that bad?! yeah, it kinda is. haha. ill tell him to look out for you next time though!
and as far as traveling goes, i need to win the lottery or something so i can quit my job and be an unemployeed slob all over the world.
