This has seriously been the week of the Home Depot. Last Wednesday (the 1st) was my Mom's birthday. So my sister and I, at a last minute suggestion from me, got her 2 apple trees. There's nothing quite like the sense of rejection I feel, when I leave my cell phone at home and I feel naked all day, and then when I get home, no one called me anyway. I'm finally back in data conversion, just finishing up training the new people. In a mere week, I can go back to mindlessly typing, which will be awesome.

My Uncle has just told my grandmother, who was born in 1920, that she didn't really have it that bad during the Great Depression. I'm going to miss him.

Today was my first day on the new job. As would be expected, I was a bit nervous this morning, but everything went pretty well.
