Those are all great tips and they DO work. I used to suffer from bad insomnia and now I rarely do. I started working out, and watched my diet. I kept on a schedule and didn't waver from it no matter how tired I was. Valerian does work but not suggested for long term use. Melatonin works too. Now that I have gotten into a routine, and work out, I seldom need anything to get a good night sleep. I sleep on average about 7 hours (sometimes only 6) hours a night.
