Then I write down what it is that doesn't work and how it's not working in my little book, and send it off to the computer.

I...uh...I think that somewhere in there your broken thing will get fixed, but don't quote me on that.

It's a music player - or it should be. As I said, it's out of power. It's essentially just two ounces of plastic and a pair of stylish headphones right now.
