have you tried exercising when you feel depressed? i know its not really something you would naturally think to do when feeling down.. but it does release endorfins, and they make you feel better. a workout well done also makes you feel good for taking charge of your weightloss and doing something positive and active.

Annnnyway, I never have tried that (exercising when I feel depressed). It really isn't something I would think of, you are right. But I'm going to definitely try that. Thanks so much!!
