ZOOLANDER.
Do I win a prize? Like maybe coffee?!! ;-]

Idk about the Netherlands, but here in America there are so many options offered. Non-fat, sugar-free, however many shots/pumps/whatever you want. Don't be afraid to talk to the baristas and ask questions. And don't be afraid to order what sounds good to you rather than "smart". You deserve a treat; and I believe coffee should always be enjoyed as such.

Now as far as my personal favorites go? vanilla lattes, cinnamon lattes, or vanilla/cinnamon-combo lattes (if I'm feeling wild).

Also, I'm glad you and Esmar are working things out!

Zoolander! Lol
Totally one of my favorite movies XD

I actually work at a Coffee shop but there's only 2 locations so its not all professional with known nutrition content. Sooo If I ever wanted to get the *idea* of how many cals a drink has, I go on Starbucks.com.
Or you could easily calculate it If you're making the cappuccinos yourself as its only milk and espresso.

I usually get coffee with a sugar free flavored shot (like vanilla) and it adds some flavor/sweetness without the fat and calories of milk. or I add light vanilla soymilk which adds again some flavor and protein. but I know your grocery stores carry different things than ours :)

but even a latte, which has a lot of milk in it, isn't that bad for you. I personally just think it doesn't taste enough like coffee!

oh, and thank you for your sweet message. I really, really appreciate it ♥

am a devoted fan of the "skinny cappuccino" :) The foam is made with skimmed milk so its pretty low in calories( (approx 50-100 in a small one). And I bought a milk foamer for home so I can make ones using just 100mls of skim milk - lovely 36 cal foamy coffee. Excellent.
As mentioned above you can buy sugar free syrup which is possibly the best thing in the world. I bought mine off the US Starbucks and got it shipped over! A bit much? I think so....
You might be able to buy some in store - I seem to remember there was a Starbucks in Centraal Station?(possibly the most beautiful station ever!) If I'm stressed out I love just tucking myself up in a Starbucks with a book or magazine and leaving the real world for a while. LUSH! x x

ha woo zoolander! i love coffee. i'm having a delicious cup at the moment. i stay away from lattes and fancy drinks because of the calories and i don't drink milk so i use soy creamer (10 cals a tbsp) starbucks has sugar free syrups that are very low cal and yummy, but filled with nasty chemicals probably

Yeah I dont want to waste like 50-100 calories per cup as well when I want to drink it everyday. a splurge every now and then is fine of course
