One of my best friends is very distressed now, and it has me worried.
My co-best-friend is very upset, as she has been for quite a while now , and there doesn't seem to be one damned thing anybody can do about it. Certainly not me. My time to post again has arrived. It ain't much, though.
OK, well the Fourth is here and I don't seem to be doing much of anything. I expect many people are in the same boat but I usually like to have something to do as far as see a fireworks show, attend a barbecue or spend some time with family, etc. This year may be a washout where that's concerned. I have found that if you are willing to do some hunting, you can really find a large treasure trove of information and stuff to get involved with on the 'net. I'm sure you know this already but I find it amazing all this is at our fingertips anytime we need it. Anything you can think of, and it's there- somewhere. Might be ( Read more... ) -
My own weight loss; getting more exercise and just being healthier all around.
I just wanted to pat myself on the back by saying I have achieved some weight loss of my own- about ten pounds. I still intend to lose some more, assuming I can stay on my current path of eating better longer than a few hours!!!:) I've done well so far, not without the help of the fact that I had to stop eating so many sweets due to my teeth acting ( Read more... ) -

Thought I should add a very important fact to that last entry.
We're just friends,so I don't want her or any of you to think I am insisting or even attempting to make our relationship any more than that. There was a time when I was, but that time has come and gone.
I, personally very much value friends as much as closer people in my life as everyone should.
Don't want to mess up a good thing. -
