I am not having a good week. Missed Sunday's meeting because of a conflict, and had a bad week anyway. But, I have to go tonight. The scale will not look good. I've eaten out almost constantly, and have been making self-destructive choices throughout. I'm doing the December Activity Challenge, and have only managed one of the one hundred ( Read more... ) -
week four
down 7 pounds. 7. :) Having low-point foods in the fridge for those grazing nights is really helpful. For example: I love ice cream. But now, instead of Phish Food, I have Coldstone Sorbet with fruit mix-ins ( Read more... ) -
Week 3
Relief- that's my weigh-in word this week. I missed a weigh-in because all of the local leaders were away at meetings for the weekend, ate bad food as an act of emotional defiance, and spent Thanksgiving with an amazing, warm, welcoming family that overflows with love, wine, and good food. WW- day 2
24 hours ago, I picked up my phone and made a simple, life-changing decision. I called a friend and asked to go to Weight watchers with her. I've done it all too many times before-with meetings, without, with writing it down, without... now I need to do it again, for me, with her. I need that extra little voice encouraging me.
