Geek Toys: Kobo eReader

I've been going through a MAJOR Sarah Dessen kick recently- seriously, 7 books in 2 days. I actually spent a good 30 minutes crying through the last 50 pages of Dreamland this morning, as my heart broke for Caitlyn. Twitter is being weird so back to LJ today. Last night Doug and I saw Takeshi Kitano's version of Zatoichi which, if you haven't seen it, is a visually interesting death-fest about a blind swordsman and two geisha's seeking revenge for the death of their family. Reviews: Wagons and Calexico
So last night was weird. This was possibly due to taking one of the absurdly strong painkillers that you can just get over the counter here. This one was panadol and codeine and some sort of "calmative" and while it really did kill the pain I was in, it also made me full of cotton-mouth, sleepy, and very very sedated. However!
