This is all too familiar lately - going out with friends, and then coming home and, within seconds of being alone, completely hating everything and just not feeling good at all.
It might help to have something to do while you're alone. Particularly something fun and self expressive. Drawing, painting, playing music, writing something, scultping, I guess any kind of art is what I would suggest, or maybe just reading. So instead of being alone being "Oh fuck, here I am with this bitch again", it can be "Oh, it's me time, I'm gonna explore myself, coz I'm awesome".
