Anyway, they've been asking me a few questions about why you seem to have voluntarily abandoned your probationary exercises. But in all the goings-on, they seem to have overlooked the other voluntary act you committed.

They'll probably 'remember' the next time I annoy someone too much or whatever.

Probably.

Given that your abandonment happened during a time of, shall we say, heightened tensions, they've decided not to add another year to your exercises. Which is what they wanted to do.
