How long do you wait for the food for your imaginary customers? Is twenty minutes too long for a hamburger and a Big Basic? Should I be getting the manager? And how do you REALLY know they are imaginary?

Should a risk be taken if you already know that failure is inevitable? (Don't ask: well, how do you know? You are just 99 percent sure, okay??)
