The pollution concerns would stop me living in a big city. London is very polluted despite being far emptier than it used to be of late! The air is unpleasant. I rather like the idea of a boat LOL!

I'd forgotten about that. It's such a long time since I was there, but yes, I remember getting off the train and being almost knocked over by the smell of exhaust fumes. It's a point. Maybe in a few years when all the vehicles are electric.

21. With COVID I wish I lived on some self sustaining acreage so I could avoid people (with the mister, of course) but if and when this blows over I like living in a bustling city. We miss live music and hanging out with our friends.

Yes, it's one of those questions where both options have real attractions.
Maybe you could open a music venue and book all your favourite bands and invite your friends to stay? *g*
