I love what you wrote about Christie. I'm glad that you have so many memories of her. I miss her so much to! I remember bowling too. lol. Enough said. But seriously, the three of us on the team couldn't have gotten better. I remember her locker and how we fought in the beginning of the year over what locker we would get and how we all wanted the top locker (sadly, I did not succeed). I remember when she got Angel and the pictures she kept in her locker, and the countdown till summer and christmas and graduation. I remember her surprise party at the firehouse and how hard it was to keep it a secret. I remember when I used to joke about how I hated her for her amazing hair and how straight it was. I remember when we were at bowling and we used to have fake fights about who was better than the other (and the mozzarella sticks). I remember when she always used to tease me about how I liked you know who (she even wrote it in my yearbook), and the eighth grade dance. It feels good talking about her, well, writing about her. Oh yeah, that kid Matt was so nice. He seemed to really like Christie and was just as shocked as the rest of us. Such a nice kid!

Hey, I'm Christie's cousin and I was just thinking about her and I was searching the web to find her obituary and I found your livejournal.. Haha. Anyways, If you are who I think you are, the girl who lived down the block from her at her old house.. katie i think.. she used to talk about you all the time, so don't think you lost touch with her or anything. I miss her a lot. But reading your journal was really awesome. It sucks because I live in Florida, so far from the rest of our family.. But yeah, I think you should definitely keep in touch with her parents.. They would like that a lot. Thanks.. Trish Mizak

I don't know if you'll be able to see this or not but.. Yeah, this is Katie. I think I remember Christie talking about you, too. I miss her, and I wish we'd been able to talk more. I didn't realize that if you googled her name, the first thing that would come up was my lj. I wouldn't have used her last name if I'd thought of that. I apologize. I edited out the last name, but it still shows up.
