Do I get points for fencing 3 out of the last 6 days? (yes, every other day) Oh, and I also did stretching, solo-fencing practice and some jogging around the house a week ago (so still every other day). Or does all of this start today?

If it starts today, then all I have to show for it is walking around the yard with the backpack blower strapped on, battling with the leaves caught up in the bushes.

Tomorrow more leaf blowing is planned. And shivering. Lots of shivering. Shivering counts right? Gets the blood moving, lots of muscles involved...

I'm glad you let slip there is a point to all of this. I was wondering while working on the leaves earlier. Lots of time to think...

Exercise is good! Recently L and I haven't been able to go to kung fu or practice even, but thankfully we have a balance ball and I've been sitting on it some evenings, when we're watching a show. I do balancing and simple movements w/feet off the ground, crunches, etc. Not as effective as class, but still fun :)

I have been doing Yoga up here in North Bay every night. I got a DVD and since there is nothing for me to do I am getting around to it most nights.

Heh. It took me about 12 hours to realize why it might be mean to do this one on Thursday. I think it's the best one. ;)
