When someone approaches the reception counter and asks to see a person, you contact that person straight away.
You do not grill the visitor on the reason of his/her visit beyond the most obvious.
You do not overstep your own authority by trying to talk the visitor out of seeing said person.

The Big Read thinks that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed.
1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
2) Italicise those you intend to read
3) Underline the books you LOVE.
4) Reprint this list in your own LJ so we can try and track down these people who've read 6 and force books upon them ;-)

Me thinks the exam stress is finally getting to me. Goody. Had a dream yesterday about sitting for a physics exam. PHYSICS. I haven't had to deal with that... that... ABOMINATION for YEARS! Why my brain chose now to make me relive that nightmare is beyond me. Or maybe not. Considering my exam is tomorrow and ohmygod I'm stressed out about it.
