Last Wednesday I visited a workman's comp physical therapist (with the BEST bedside manner) in regards to my knee.  As these things are wont to occur, my knee felt completely normal in the hours leading up to the appointment.  I expressed my embarrassment at how this situation has taken on a life of it's own; all I wanted was to get it on record in
