I have worked five nine hour days - in the hundred degree temps, with almost no breaks.

I think I may hate horses now.

kidding, sort of.

Glad I am now done for a couple days. I need the break. My mind needs the break. So does my body. And here I thought I was in good riding shape.

 I have a house !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is one major headache that is finally finished. I havn't paid the deposit yet, but I will tomorrow - and Yay - HOUSE !

A LONG day out at the ranch.

New pony for me to ride - her name is Xena and she's this cute pinto-typey mare. Very much of a "get up and go" mentality. But she hates spurs. Tried to buck when I used them.

But besides it being insanely long and hot (tomorrow is suppossed to be too).... some good news may have come.

 I am so bored. I have nothing to do until I go to work in the next couple days. It's my day off - I should be out at coffee shops, finding local acts, reading books, enjoying ethnic cuisine.
