Planes are scary, it's amazing that something so huge can stay in the air. So far, so good though.

Are you still learning to be a master chef?

I am incredibly overwhelmed by the fascinating nature of this conversation.

As a side note, I've had very few thoughts about planes staying in the air, and I have only flown once so I haven't had many opportunities to consider this.

Yeah, I got your card. I left it in Ireland though and I don't remember exactly what it said but I do remember being very pleased to have received it. Indeed.
