I LIKE THAT I GET TO TALK TO YOU. I LIKE THAT WE HAVE ACTUAL FACEBOOK FRIENDS IN COMMON WHICH IS HILARIOUS. I like that you can easily participate in dress like amber week. I LOVE that you are vulnerable and take risks for your personal and professional life--that's something I want to be able to do someday but am too scared to do now.

You found this community a little later than a lot of us but I'm really glad you did. So many of the fics you have written are my favorites, and I will forever be in awe of your craft projects like your Parks quilt and the Clue game. I hope you have a wonderful time during your trip to LA.

The moment in the show that your depicted on my gift is truly one of my favourites and the fact that you included Li'l Sebastian just makes me so happy. I have learned so much about Australia because of you. Some of it is weird, some of it is, quite honestly, a little frightening, but it is all really interesting. I appreciate that you are a kindred spirit who has stacks and stacks of unread books yet still continues to buy more.

I am a night owl, so when I'm up late at night on the West Coast and most of fandom is asleep, I know I can count on you (and Courtknees) to be up posting.

I remember when you were at my house explaining the administrative setup of Australia, and I thought to myself, could I explain this about the US so articulately and knowledgeably? And spoiler alert, no I couldn't. You've made me realize that Australia might be on my list of "places I would consider moving to" if not for the terrifying animals and hole in the ozone layer. ;) Seriously, you are so kind and thoughtful and you sent me Australian YA books and I'm glad you're in my life!
