Thurber, I am very sorry that I didn't get to see you one last time at RCFM this year. You will be missed there and in many places but you have left behind some great memories for a number of folks.

May you be welcomed into your heavenly reward now that your journey has ended.

Thurber, I hardly said a few words to you at RCFM '07 & '08 - but as so many have said, your smile and the way you enjoyed yourself at our convention was memorable. I wish now that I'd talked with you more. Perhaps asked you what you liked about fursuiting, or discussed AutoCad with you and Smrgol. Now it's too late, which I shall always regret. Goodbye, and may your spirit visit us at RCFM '09.

I have not ever met you, but from everyone I know who has like Tilt and Sporty Fox you were a great fur and a friend. You brought happiness to everywhere you went. I so wish I could have met ya, you would have liked my fursuit I debuted at Anthrocon about a week ago. It was my first suiting in my own fursuit. My prayers are with your friends and family. I hope though we can meet as real furs in heaven and you can show me some of the fun things you did here in this world. It is never goodbye, but see ya down the road.
