I am sitting here, writing a 4-6 pg paper...which is coming along quite well i think, but i m sure it will be stamped down by the letters B and C to medocracy at the end...first by my professor, than by me. i think you are on target with the defense mechanism thing. ive never thought about that before, but i do see it in myself and in others.

It's usually better that way. While others go to a party, telling themselves that this is a "party," you on the other hand find yourself investigating. Is this really what it is or is a ploy to get me where i don't want to be? To be like ppl who are ignorant of their deeds or empower myself with knowledge. The ppl you are talking to, you are asking them questions, right? On the doorway, you can see the inside and the outside. The only thing that's left for you to do is choose. And i think that's where your dilemma is...you can't figure out where you want to be. So you stand there, talk to ppl, and wait. For what, only you can ever know:)
