Oh, I am so sorry! I know it takes so much courage to let your pet-child go. You know, they watch us from their pet- heaven. And they keep helping and loving us.
Dear thyme rune, I so sorry I wasn't really on line since the beginning of this past summer and I happen to connect only today... I feel so very sorry for you. Through all you have written about Greymalkin, and his photos too, you conveyed so well this particular sensitive and delicate bond you share(d) whith him and which reminds me so much how I personally feel about my dear Douce and also how one should feel towards cats : give them shelter and freedom and admire their beauty and mores. This photo of him is so absolutely sweet: c'est un trésor!
oh, I also wanted to add what you say about GRASS made me cry because so few people take time to even give a tought about something so important for them...

It's been 2 weeks and my heart still aches but at least I can smile at the good memories.

It's never enough time and it's the hardest thing we Fur-Parents have to do: to be non-selfish and let go when it's time.
But it hurts...
