random answer: my brother worked at donatos and the pizzas (large, med, small) came in premade. All they had to do was put on toppings and put them in the oven.

This year we got this new place to get delivered pizza on meal plan. It sucks. It sucks pretty much at everything it does, and it won't be fixed (if they fix it at all) until next year when I'll be off dining plan. Oh well.
