Unexpected, but welcome.

Apparently, I'll be spending the next six years in Gainsville earning a Ph.D. This works for two reasons: A) I don't pay tuition. B) I really fucking hate the cold. Also, Lauren got into Denver, so, that's cool.

I do sciency things with lasers. I walked across campus with a box labeled "laser chips" and felt incredibly ostentatious. I am also done as an undergrad, and don't know where I'll end up yet. Joy!
