I'd absolutely love to have this chair. I saw it when we had a little field trip to Vallila Interior . I just fell in love. But it's Italian design, so the price is wayyy out of my budget. Maybe I'll decorate some other chair to look like the Rose Chair... This chair is so goth: black velvet. :)

Bustle Dress, continues..
The dress is almost ready. I'll add more pictures tomorrow. Now I need to finish the bodice and decide whether to use buttons or hooks on the skirts. I just finished sewing the buttons to the bodice (17 buttons; took me an hour to do that ( Read more... ) -

Bustle Dress
I've been working on my school project. It's going to be a 1880's bustle dress when it grows up. :)
So far I've made 3 skirts. It's taken me 3 weeks now. I only have 1,5 weeks left. Then it should be ready. I'm more than a bit stressed.
