hmm... seems I need to modify the new routine a smidge...   probably better to start out with every second day for the power walks untill my legs get accustomed to it again, let alone walking in flats >.<

Well, starting a new routine.

Bought myself some running shoes and some ankle socks... and started doing power walks in the early morning.
