Oh you're so literal. :)

I actually got a chuckle out of the commercial, but yeah, it's definitely not working the usual peer-pressure angle that commercials use.

It's just another in a series of commercials in which tragically bad things happen to people who consume the product. (c.f. kids whose heads turn into giant fruit and get consumed by gorillas)

Perhaps I too need some self-examination before casting aspersions, as this morning when I shaved my neck, I noticed the distinct beginnings of a wattle.

Burger King is no better with their "Big Huckin' (or buckin' or whatever it is that rhymes with a filthy word this week) Chicken" song. With hawt BMX action. From a guy in a chicken suit. For a place that serves chicken.
