This week was also the monthly frozen organic food delivery from Winter Sun Farms. This is their list of what we'll be getting over the course of the season. dude! i made butter after being obsessed with how you described making it for the holidays. im presuming you make it with a food processor as per that link but i had a ton of fun with friends shaking butter by hand in a salad dressing shaker while drinking a bit. butter party. so fun. so scientific seeming and fuckin awesome butter.

It all turned out so well! For my friend Lorena's family, I made two flavors, Garlic/Chili Pepper & Brown Sugar Cinnamon. Dude...the garlic one is so effin' good.

How long did it take in the salad dressing shaker? I wonder if I can probably do it in my cocktail mixer to see how long it would take.
