July 3rd. We had a good visit with my parents. They got here around three pm. We cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill, I made potato salad to go with it and Chris picked up some baked beans. Worked out with my weights today and my arms are sore, they are only ten pounds but doing twenty five reps several times will make you sore. Also rode the bike for thirty minutes. Feels good for a little while but makes me tired earlier at night ( Read more... )
