i was in dallas this weekend for an ACUI conference. its this organization for college unions/student centers. there were some great speakers, and we came up with these pretty good ideas for things to get more kids into our student center. next year the conference is in new orleans so i hope i get to go to that one! i met some awesome people this ( Read more... )

today was my first day as a manager of paws market! it doesnt seem to hard, and it will only be about 27ish hours a week. plus i get to delegate. mmmm thank you america. i do little work, and get paid more than the people who are doing the actual work. im well on my way to being a CEO!

well! ive moved to san marcos, and i love it. the town is prettier than icky houston suburbs, with real trees, and a real river! i love school, the learning part is great, but i hate big classes. i have finalized my major (for now...) as applied sociology/psychology with a minor in womens studies. i have lots of reading homework! starting tomorrow ( Read more... )

well i have been trying for weeks to get my free going away hair cut from my boss, and i finally succeeded! i feel so naked though, im not sure my hair has ever been this short all at once.
