I've done a bit of research on my own about my thyroid, but unfortunately haven't found anything really helpful. I think the problem is that a lot of it is geared towards specific thyroid diseases- hypo or hyper-thyroidism which I don't have. Joel's mom told me to eat a lot of sea salt and sea vegetables.
