I got a phone call from Applebee's. From the GM of the franchise group from southern Mississippi. He asked me to relay to him what happened. Apologized profusely. Told me that nursing mothers are ALWAYS welcome in all Applebee's restaurants. Told me that all of his staff will be educated on the topic. Then said he hoped I hadn't lost any

Wow.. talk about great customer service! :-)

I emailed El Torito's customer service a few years ago complainging about a policy change about free refills on soda if you sit in the bar area, and never heard anything back!

Nice... I imagine you have some Free Applebee's coming to you! :-)
