My book goal for 2010 was 100. I made it to 104, including Audiobooks, which I decided to count because they're a huge time investment and I ended up getting really into them. Grand totals are 39 Audiobooks, 65 read books. I listen to them at work to drown out the noise and when I'm driving back and forth to work. I did not include the texts that I

Can you tell me more about what you thought of Cara's Labor of Love? I am scared of her, but I feel it is hard to judge her properly because the media had a field day with her.

I think if she wasn't in Ricki Lake's movie she wouldn't be on the media's radar. She's eccentric, but so are many other women in homebirth midwifery. Her memoir was not overly eccentric though and really just told her journey of how she decided she wanted to be a midwife. I liked the book. You should check it out.
